This moulded ABS plastic bear-proof container is perfect for preventing a confrontation between your food, yourself, and a curious bear. Great for use as an additional storage container, and tough enough to be used as a food cache. For best protection, aromatic foods should be sealed in plastic bags before being placed in the container. Smooth plastic surfaces and rounded edges make it difficult for animals to claw open. The lid seals tightly with two latches that can be opened/closed with a coin, key, or screwdriver. The flush seal makes it difficult for thumbless beasts to penetrate.
