This second-generation highball sheet fits the most common taco designs on the market. For sandwich designs you can cut it in half. By sliding this sheet into your pad the impact force is spread out over a larger area. It also creates less of an acute landing angle, helping prevent turned ankles. On really pitted, jagged terrain put the sheet on the bottom to create an artificial flat surface.
