Designed in Huntington Beach, California, the Jimmy Jr. is crafted with high quality EPS blanks from Australia, precision cut with CNC machining equipment. The formed blank is then hand sanded and glassed with 3 layers of fiberglass on the deck and 2 layers on the bottom. A glossy treatment is applied after a final sanding to provide a protective skin and lustre.
