The top fabric and fit technology from Castelli's best pieces have been rolled into this breathable insulated winter package. Using a windproof and splash-resistant material on the jacket's upper and a lightweight, highly breathable wicking fabric on the back and for the tights, this streamlined thermosuit keeps you comfortable and warm in any weather condition. Doing away with straps, it wears like a regular jersey and opens with a full front zipper: the 2 pieces are sewn together at the back, leaving the front unattached to diminish unnecessary bulk that can happen with a layering system or jacket. Performance inspired by the Gabba long-sleeve jersey, Sorpasso tight, and the Progetto X2 air seat pad.

  • Castelli Windstopper X-Lite Plus stretch fabric is made from a breathable, windproof and water resistant blend of polyester and spandex
  • Thermoflex and Thermoflex Core2 is made from nylon and spandex to keep you dry and comfortable, even in wet conditions
  • Hollow-core fibres used in the Thermoflex Core2 result in a 20% weight savings
  • Progetto x2 Air chamois is made of three layers: top has a seamless 4-way stretch layer that melds to your shape and inhibits the growth of bacteria; middle layer is a multi-density foam with variable thickness; bottom layer is a perforated viscous padding to protect sensitive areas
  • 3 sizable pockets allow for plenty of chews, gels, and bars
  • Locking ankle zippers stay put when pedalling
  • 5cm of silicone-woven Giro3 gripper tape keeps tights in place, and creates a great seal around shoe covers
  • Generous reflective details on the ankles, and reflective tabs on the drop-in pockets heighten visibility when you're out on the road in dreary conditions
  • Elasticized cuffs seal out cold gusts
  • High articulate collar cuts drafts and fits well
  • YKK® zipper with overlapping front opening
  • Castelli recommends ideal wearing from 5-15°C
  • On-bike fit should be close to the skin; the top might feel tight across the chest and a little short in front off-bike. Tights should fit tightly enough to support muscles through compression without inhibiting movement or blood flow
