A patented design from Grivel, it's a standard ascender with a built-in belay plate that can be used for descending. Great for big walls, alpine climbs, or for cleaning and projecting routes. The design allows a quick and safe transition that allows you to quickly bail down the line if conditions require.

- Redesigned trigger is easier to use with gloves on. You can also unlock it while under load
- Works with 8.3-13mm ropes as an ascender, or 7.3-13mm when used for descending
